Client reporting
Client reporting: a read-only link instead of a monthly deck
Client reporting in Adrails is a read-only page about the accounts you choose, over a period of up to 92 days, that anyone with its link can open without an account. This page explains what the client sees, what stays inside the workspace, how a link is created and revoked, and how an automation emails a fresh link every week.

Client reporting
What the client sees, and what stays in the workspace
A shared report is a snapshot of Analysis for the accounts you tick. The workspace keeps the live figures and everything that explains them.
| Item | In the shared report | Inside the workspace only |
|---|---|---|
| Spend, results, cost per result, ROAS | Totals per currency, as measured when the link was created | Figures by account and campaign, with the chart and each connected source, over the period you choose |
| Campaigns and creatives | The best and the weakest, up to five of each | Every campaign and creative, with filters, on the Campaigns and Creatives pages |
| Changes to the accounts | The changes applied or reverted in Adrails over the period | The evidence and reasoning behind each change, and who applied it |
| Recommendations | The open recommendations on these accounts | Their evidence, and the conversations that produced them |
| People and conversations | No member names, no conversation, no chat | Members, teams, conversations and the activity history |
| Who can open it | Anyone with the link; the page is not indexed by search engines | Signed-in members of the workspace |

What the client opens, and where it comes from
Analysis holds the accounts, the period and the figures; the shared link shows the same view read only, with no account to create.
The steps
From accounts to a shared link to a scheduled email
Four steps, all inside Analysis and Automations.
01
Choose the accounts and the period
In Analysis, pick the ad accounts, the channel and a period of up to 92 days. The default period is 30 days.
02
Create the link
Share report asks for a title, the accounts and how long the link opens: 30 days, 90 days or until revoked. The link is shown once; copy it before you close the dialog.
03
Send it, or let an automation send it
Paste the link in your own email, or add a Send by email step to the Weekly client report automation, which creates a new link on each run for up to 10 recipients.
04
Watch and revoke
Shared report links, at the bottom of Automations, lists each link with how many times it was opened and when. Revoke closes it for everyone who holds it.

FAQ
Common questions
Does my client need an Adrails account to open the report?
No. Anyone with the link can read the report, without an account or an invitation. Only owners and administrators of your workspace can create and revoke links.
How long does a client report link stay open?
For 30 days, 90 days or until you revoke it, as chosen when the link is created. The report itself covers a period of up to 92 days, and a workspace keeps up to 100 open links.
Can Adrails send client reports automatically every week?
Yes. The Weekly client report automation emails up to 10 addresses on the day and hour you choose, and each run creates a new report link that opens for 30 days, 90 days or until revoked. Preview run shows the email before you turn it on.
Do the figures update when the client reopens the link?
No. The figures are the ones measured when the link was created, and the page never reads the ad platforms again. For fresh figures, schedule an automation that sends a new link each week or month.
Does the client report convert currencies?
No. The report shows totals per currency and never converts them, so accounts billed in different currencies appear as separate totals, each in its own currency.
What does the client not see?
No evidence, no reasoning, no conversation and no member names go into the report. It shows the totals, the best and weakest campaigns and creatives, the changes applied or reverted over the period, and the open recommendations.
