What is Adrails
What Adrails does, how it is organized, and how approvals keep every change to your ad accounts under your control.
Adrails is a workspace for paid media. You connect your ad accounts and your business data, then work with AI agents that read them, explain what happened and prepare the next change. Nothing the agents prepare reaches an ad account until someone with the right role approves it.
What you can do
- Ask the agent. Ask a question in plain words on Home. The agent reads your accounts, your store or subscription data, and answers with figures. See The agent and credits.
- Work from priorities. Home lists what needs attention today: spend without results, broken connections, decided split tests. See Home and Priorities.
- Manage campaigns. Review campaigns, ad sets and ads in one table, edit them, create new ones and compare them. See Campaigns and Compare.
- Test. Run split tests on an audience, a placement, a bid, a text or a creative, and read a verdict computed from your own figures. See Split tests.
- Report. Read every account side by side, and share a read-only report with a client. See Analysis and Client reports.
- Automate. Run workflows on a schedule or a threshold that post to Slack, Discord or email, or pause what crosses a line. See Automations.
- Track. Record sales and leads on your own site, credit them to the ad that brought the visitor, and send them back to Meta. See Set up tracking.

How approvals keep you in control
Every change an agent prepares is a proposal. It shows what will change, the state before and after, and the figures behind it. It waits until an administrator of the workspace approves or rejects it.
- An agent never publishes on its own. A launch, a budget change or a status change it prepares waits for approval.
- Approval checks the account again. When you approve, Adrails reads the live state of the campaign, ad set or ad. If it changed since the proposal was prepared, the action is blocked and you review it again.
- New campaigns start paused. What Adrails creates on Meta or Google Ads is created paused. Switching it on is a separate step.
- Members read, administrators approve. Any member can ask the agent and read every page. Only an owner or an administrator can approve a change to an ad account.
- Automations stay inside limits you set. A workflow can pause what crosses a threshold, either through an approval or on its own, within the accounts you choose and a ceiling per run.
The details, including what can be undone, are in Approvals and undo.
Where to start
- Get started: sign in, set up your workspace and connect Meta.
- Connect a revenue source such as Shopify or Stripe, so results are judged on what the business earned.
- Ask for your first account review on Home.
For developers
Adrails has one API meant for your own site and server: the Tracking API. It records page views, leads and sales. Start with Set up tracking, then read the API reference.
