Home and Priorities
What Home shows, how Priorities are chosen, and what each button in a priority does, with or without credits.
Home is where you talk to the agent and see what needs attention today. Its message box is the agent: see The agent and credits.
What Home shows
- Figures. Ad spend and ROAS over 30 days, and the number of active ads now.
- Get started. A checklist of three steps, shown until all three are done. See Get started.
- Priorities. The changes waiting for approval, the results of recent changes, and the recommendations that matter most. Shown once Get started is complete.
How Priorities are chosen
The list shows five rows at most, in this order:
- Changes waiting for your approval.
- Up to two recent outcomes: changes applied or approved in the last 7 days, with what happened after.
- Recommendations, highest score first, to fill the rest.
Recommendations are built from account data synced in the last 24 hours. A recommendation is left out when the same change is already waiting for approval. Fold or unfold the list with the Priorities button; your browser remembers the choice.
| Recommendation | Why it appears | Button |
|---|---|---|
| A critical or high finding from your rules | A rule found a problem on a campaign, ad set or ad | Prepare fix when Adrails holds a fix for it, otherwise Ask the agent |
| Refresh account data before deciding | The account has not been synced in the last 24 hours | Sync now |
| Meta, Google Ads or an integration needs attention | A connection is broken | Fix connection |
| Split test decided, reached its end date, or ended without a winner | A split test needs a decision | Open test |
| Spend without results | An active campaign spent at least one daily budget, with at least 1,000 impressions and no result | Prepare pause |
| Review creative fatigue | A creative shows signs of fatigue | Ask the agent |
| Resume winning creative | A winning creative's ad is paused | Prepare resume |
| Test a winning creative | A creative is winning | Ask the agent |
What each button does
There are three kinds of button. Only one of them uses credits, and only when you send the message.
Direct actions: Prepare pause, Prepare resume, Prepare fix
These prepare a change and add it to Priorities as a proposal waiting for approval. They do not call the agent and use no credits. Nothing reaches the ad account until an administrator chooses Approve.
If the same change is already waiting, Adrails says so instead of preparing it twice.
Direct actions: Sync now and Fix connection
Sync now starts a sync of the account, the same as in Campaigns. It uses no credits. Fix connection opens Ad accounts for an ad platform, or the integration's page for anything else, where you reconnect.
Open test opens the split test.
Ask the agent
Ask the agent writes a question in the message box above, selects the account and adds the campaign, ad set or ad it is about. It does not send anything. Read the question, change it if you want, and press send. Sending it uses agent credits, as the note under the button says.
Approve or reject a change
A change waiting for approval shows what it is, the figures behind it, and the state before and after. Choose Approve to apply it, or Reject to drop it. See Approvals and undo.
Watch for
- Only owners and administrators can prepare and approve changes or start a sync. Members see the same list and can ask the agent.
- On Preview, changes cannot be prepared, and Priorities consider only the 3 sample ads.
- A change prepared from Priorities expires after 24 hours if nobody approves it.
- An outcome shows Measuring until its first observation is due, then the results observed after the change. Ask the agent on an outcome asks whether to keep, adjust or undo the change.
