Creatives
Every image, video and text you run, listed once with what it did in every ad that uses it, and a signal saying how it is doing.
Creatives lists each image, video and text asset once, with its results across every ad and account that runs it. Ads that share the same image, video or text are grouped under one creative.
Read the list
Open Creatives in the sidebar. Choose the accounts, the channel and the period, as in Campaigns. The default period is the 30 days up to the latest sync.
Each creative shows its Signal, its labels, and Spend, Results, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Frequency and the number of Ads that use it.
Signals
| Signal | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Winning | The creative analysis finds it performs well. |
| Fatigued | The creative analysis finds its results wearing out. |
| Learning | Fewer than 1,000 impressions so far. |
| Wasted | It spent with no result. |
| Steady | None of the above. |
A creative running in several accounts shows the most urgent signal: fatigued first, then wasted, winning, steady and learning.
Filter and group
Search by name. Filter by signal, format, product, angle, offer, persona, creator and spend. Group by format, hook, angle or platform.
Label your creatives
Labels come from your ad names. Add a tag in square brackets to the ad's name, such as [angle: price] or [persona: parents]. The next sync reads it, and the creative can be filtered and grouped by it.
A creative's detail
Open a creative to see:
- Measured: spend, revenue, results, CPA, ROAS, CTR, frequency, impressions and when it was first seen.
- Why this signal: what led to it.
- By account: its results in each account.
- Ads using it: each ad, with a link to it in Campaigns.
Prepare next step opens Home with a question about this creative written in the message box. Nothing is sent until you send it. Sending it uses agent credits.
Watch for
- Creatives is for reading. Upload new images and videos in the campaign editor: see Campaigns.
- Google does not report frequency.
- If no ad has daily figures for the period you chose, the page uses the window of the last sync and says so.
