Workspaces, members and roles
Invite people, give them a role, remove them, transfer ownership, and work across several workspaces.
A workspace holds your ad accounts, integrations, conversations and automations. Everyone in it shares the same connected accounts.

Invite someone
- Open Settings, then Members, and go to Invite.
- Enter their Email address and choose a Role: Member or Administrator. Choose a Team if you use teams.
- Choose Create invitation, then Copy link and send it to them. Adrails also emails them.
The link is personal and works for 7 days. They sign in with the email address you invited, verified through Google, and join the workspace. Inviting the same address again replaces the earlier invitation. An invitation cannot make someone an owner.
Pending invitations are listed with their expiry. Revoke cancels one.
Remove a member or leave
- Remove takes a member out. They lose access to the workspace, its accounts and its teams. Only an owner can remove an owner.
- Leave takes you out. An administrator can invite you back.
A workspace must keep at least one administrator, and its last owner cannot leave or step down: make someone else an owner first.
Transfer ownership
Only an owner can transfer the workspace.
- In Settings > Members, go to Ownership and choose Transfer ownership.
- Choose the New owner. It must be another member whose email address is verified.
- Confirm. They become owner, and you become an administrator. Only they can give it back.
If the workspace has a paid plan, Stripe invoices go to the new owner's email from then on. The new owner is told by email.
A workspace can also have several owners: an owner can make another member an owner from the role menu.
Teams
Administrators can group members into teams. Teams share the workspace's connected accounts.
Several workspaces
You can create up to 3 workspaces, and join as many as you are invited to. Switch between them from the menu at the bottom of the sidebar, or in Settings > Account under Your workspaces. Each workspace has its own plan.
Watch for
- An invitation link only works for the email address it was sent to.
- Owners manage the plan and billing. An administrator cannot.
- A workspace cannot be deleted from the app. To have its data deleted, follow Data deletion.
