Plans and billing

Each workspace has its own plan. Plans differ in agent credits; ad accounts and team members are unlimited on every paid plan.

Every paid plan includes unlimited ad accounts, Meta business portfolios, Facebook profiles, account groups and team members. Paying yearly costs less than twelve months; the plan picker shows the saving.

How credits are counted, and the daily chat allowance of each plan, are in The agent and credits.

Preview is free and needs no card. It opens the real workspace with:

• 3 ads shown from your accounts,
• 10 agent credits a month,
• read-only access: no change can be prepared, approved or published,
• one automation, without agent steps or pauses.

Choose Start free preview during setup, or Skip setup.

1. Open Settings > Plan.
2. Pick monthly or annual, then Choose Starter, Choose Pro or Choose Business.
3. Pay in Stripe Checkout. Promotion codes are accepted there.

Once you have a subscription, Update plan and Manage billing open Stripe's billing portal, where you manage the subscription: plan, card and cancellation.

Settings > Plan also shows Usage this month: ad accounts and agent credits, and the date credits reset.

Cancel from Manage billing. The plan shows Ends with the date instead of Renews, and you keep access until then. You can resume the subscription in billing before that date. When it ends, the workspace returns to Preview. Your connected accounts and their history stay in the workspace.

• Only the workspace owner can change the plan or billing details.
• If a payment fails, the workspace returns to Preview until the payment goes through. Update the card in Manage billing. Adrails emails the owner when a payment fails.
• Credits reset on the first day of each month (UTC), not on your billing date.
• Plans are per workspace. Each workspace you create has its own.
