Client reports

Share a read-only report of your accounts through a link anyone can open without an account, and revoke it when you want.

A client report is a read-only page about the accounts you choose, over a period. Anyone with its link can read it, without an Adrails account.

  1. Open Analysis, choose the period, and choose Share report.
  2. Give it a Title, such as Weekly report. Without one, it is named after the workspace.
  3. Tick the Accounts it covers.
  4. Choose how long the link opens: 30 days, 90 days or Until revoked.
  5. Choose Create link, then Copy link.

The link is shown once. Adrails keeps only a fingerprint of it, so it cannot show it again. Copy it before you close the dialog.

An automation can also send a report link by email: see Automations.

What the client sees

  • Totals per currency: spend, results, cost per result and ROAS. Currencies are never converted.
  • The best and weakest campaigns and creatives, up to five of each.
  • The changes approved, applied or reverted in Adrails over the period.
  • The open recommendations on these accounts.

The figures are the ones measured when the link was created. The page never reads the ad platforms again. Nothing internal goes in: no evidence, no reasoning, no conversation, no member names.

The page is not indexed by search engines and has no chat or analytics.

Every link is listed under Shared report links at the bottom of Automations, with its period, its state, how many times it was opened and when. Choose Revoke to close one. Anyone who opens it afterwards reads This report is not available, including people who received it by email.

Watch for

  • Only owners and administrators can share and revoke links. Everyone in the workspace can see the list.
  • A report covers at most 92 days.
  • A workspace keeps up to 100 open links. Revoke one before sharing another.
  • Sample data never goes in a report once a real account is connected. With no real account yet, the report shows sample data and says so.
  • An expired, revoked or unknown link all show the same page.
