Connect Google Drive so the agent can read the images and videos in your folders and use them in briefs and ads.
Google Drive lets the agent read the creatives in a folder you point to, and use them when it prepares a brief or new ads.
Connect
- Open Integrations and choose Google Drive.
- Approve read-only access in the Google window.
How to use it
In the message box, mention a Drive folder, then ask the agent to launch ads from it or review its creatives. The agent lists every image and video down to three folder levels, with its ratio, size and duration, and groups them the way it would use them.
What Adrails reads
Only the folders you point to, on demand. Adrails asks Google for drive.readonly. It keeps the identifiers, names and types of the files, not copies of their content.
Watch for
- Access is read-only. Adrails never changes, moves or deletes your files.
- You can revoke access from your Google account permissions at any time.
