Shopify + Meta Ads

Meta Ads for Shopify stores: run campaigns on your store's own sales

Adrails connects your Shopify store and your Meta ad accounts in one workspace. Orders arrive in real time next to what Meta spent and attributed, agents build campaigns from the catalogue, and automations pause the ads of products that sold out.

01

Judge Meta on the orders Shopify recorded

Meta reports the revenue it attributes to its ads; Shopify records the orders that were paid. Adrails reads both for the same period and keeps them apart, so you can see where they agree and where attribution windows, refunds or time zones pull them apart.

Ask which campaigns moved net sales last week, or reconcile the revenue Meta attributes with Shopify net sales for a month. Every figure in the answer quotes the source it came from.

  • Gross, refunded and net Shopify revenue, with the order count
  • Meta spend, results and attributed revenue per campaign
  • Each store in its own currency, never converted

02

Stop paying for ads that send buyers to a sold-out product

Adrails reads Shopify inventory and finds the ads that still send traffic to products that are out of stock. It prepares the pause with the product, the ads and what they spent since the stock ran out.

Run it as an automation and the check happens on a schedule, so a sold-out bestseller does not keep spending overnight.

03

Build campaigns from the catalogue

Describe the launch or the promotion and name the products. The Campaign Manager returns a Meta draft with the campaign, ad sets and ads, using the product names, prices and assets you point it to.

What it creates starts paused, so nothing spends until someone switches it on, and every field stays editable at its own level.

04

Send the sales Meta missed

With tracking on your store, Adrails sends signed purchases back to a Meta dataset through the Conversions API, so bidding learns from orders the pixel lost to blockers and consent.

Common questions

Can Adrails change my Shopify store?

No. The Shopify connection asks for read access to orders, customers, products and reports. Adrails never writes to the store.

Why is Meta revenue different from Shopify revenue?

Meta credits a sale to an ad inside its attribution window, at the time of the click or view; Shopify records the paid order and its refunds. Adrails shows both, labelled by source, rather than merging them.

Does it work with several stores or ad accounts?

Yes. Connect several Shopify stores and Meta ad accounts in one workspace. Revenue stays in each store's own currency.

How fast do new orders show up?

Orders arrive in real time through Shopify webhooks and are reconciled every 15 minutes. Products and customers are read every hour.
